Refund policy


We sincerely hope you are happy with your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

All items purchased in the U.S. are eligible for return within 30 days. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original box, labels, and accompanying packaging. The customer is responsible for the return cost. After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 10 days from the receipt of your item to process your refund.

For defective or damaged products or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us with your order number and photo of the product, we’ll arrange a refund (full/partial refund depends on the defective or damaged situation) or exchange.
